Phila Massages’ mission is for athletes to develop healthy self-care habits that will help them to improve performance and prevent injury, including incorporating regular massage into their fitness routine.
Benefits of membership
33-50% off all services: The biggest barrier for most people in maintaining a regular body-care regimen is cost. Becoming a member allows for massage prices to remain low, therefore encouraging you to get the regular massages you need to stay healthy.
Guest passes at 25% off: You can invite friends/family to take advantage of your discounted rates with guest passes. Simply have your guest mention your name when they check out, and they automatically receive a special rate of 25% off. You can reserve the appointment online for your guest by choosing “I’m booking for someone else” and we’ll know they will be using one of your guest passes. All guest passes are tracked on your profile so you don’t have to keep count and so they don’t get lost!
Massage classes: As a member, you will have access to massage classes throughout the year (see schedule here), where you will be able to learn body-care techniques such as self-massage, self-stretching or massaging your partner.
Monthly member newsletter: To continue our educational mission, a monthly newsletter will keep you updated on relevant new blog posts, videos, and articles. The newsletter will also contain info on upcoming races, special events, discounts, and more.
Account information on file for ease of payment: We can keep your payment information on file so that you can show up to your massage empty handed!
Partners discounts: Finally, you will be able to continue your healthy habits by checking out our partner’s discounts that are offered to members.
Terms and Conditions
Monthly payment plan: $25 per month
- Automatically debited from a registered credit/debit card.
- Monthly fee is debited on the same date as the first payment, for 12 months.
- A $50 termination fee applies if the contract is terminated before the end of 12 months. *
- Membership can be frozen for up to 90 days at no charge. All member benefits (including guest passes) will be suspended until the membership is reactivated. **
Upfront payment: $250, $100 or $60
- Payment can be made with cash, credit/debit card or personal check
- Member benefits are valid for 12, three or one month/s
- Membership is automatically cancelled after 12, three or one month/s unless renewed by client
- No cancellation fee. No refunds for unused months apply. All member benefits will be cancelled
- 3-month and 12-month Memberships can be frozen for up to 30 days and 90 days respectively at no charge. All member benefits (including guest passes) will be suspended until the membership is reactivated.**
ONE, THREE or 12 month UPFRONT PAYMENT MEMBERSHIP: To cancel an upfront payment membership, no termination fee is required. All requests for membership cancellation must be submitted to email@example.com at least 10 days in advance of the requested cancellation date. Once we have received and completed your request for cancellation the membership will no longer be valid and all member benefits, including unused guest passes, will also be cancelled/invalid.
12 month MONTHLY PAYMENT MEMBERSHIP: To cancel a monthly payment membership, a $50 termination fee is required. All requests for membership cancellation must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 10 days in advance of the requested cancellation date. Once we have received and completed your request for cancellation the next scheduled monthly charge and all those that were to follow will be cancelled. Membership will be valid until, but not on, the date of the first cancelled payment; after that date, all member benefits, including unused guest passes, will also be cancelled.
You may temporarily freeze your membership for up to 30 days (3 month membership) or 90 days (12 month membership). The contract freeze will suspend all membership benefits, including redemption of guest passes, during the period of the freeze. Full membership benefits will continue immediately following the period of the contract freeze. All requests for membership freeze must be submitted to email@example.com at least 10 days in advance of the requested freeze start date. Members that choose to take advantage of the membership freeze should be aware that use of this feature will extend the contract the number of days/weeks/months equal to the length of the contract freeze. We do not offer a freeze for the one month contract.
Memberships do not auto-renew.
